Play a game of chess where pawn takes king.
Climb a mountain.
Swim naked.
Invent a word.
Write a song.
Eat a piece of fruit whilst it is still growing on the tree.
Write a letter explaining, in all honesty, how you feel and
mail it to someone randomly chosen from the phone book of a country
that you do not live in.
Bury a treasure. (Not necessarily,‘treasure’).
Examine a single grain of sand on the tip of your finger.
Sit and do nothing at all except watch the hands of a clock
pass exactly one hour.
Lie on your back on the ground and watch the clouds change
shape.
Write a list detailing every year you have lived, the
addresses you lived at and the people you shared those places with.
Actively seek out a haunted place and see a ghost.
Write the name of someone you once were in love with on a

Shake a can of fizzy drink for hours and then open it. (Wear
a raincoat, preferably outside).
Ask your mother or father exactly how and when they met for

Turn day into night by staying up all night and going to
