Favorite Things

This piece is about friendships. There are some that last long while some come and go and if you do possess friends that have stuck with you make sure you don't lose them.

You change your clothes,
Hair and Shoes,
Over time.
but have a few favs,
That hang on,
Despite change in clime.

Friends hold a similar place,
A different mate in a different phase. 
But our besties or favs,
Join us in every little maze. 

To have found these permanent ones
Is in every way a blessing.
They stay on as the sun,
And make sure tomorrow isn't stressing.
