Mommy

A Poem by Crissy Demonic
"

...

"
I miss you
There isn't a day that goes by that I don't think about you
about that day
about the night that followed
I always believed that I was to blame
If I had worried more
If I had made you go sooner
If I hadn't gone back to bed, would you still be here?
And now, I live with regret every single day
I should have visited more
Why didn't I visit more?
I guess... I just couldn't see you like that...
I hope I'm making you proud
I hope that I can keep it together without you.
I miss you, Mom
