Snowflake

Snowflake

A Poem by DC Gentleman

Sometimes I feel like a snowflake..

Wandering aimlessly to my demise..
Member of the world citizenry but not quite.
A heaven sent poetic pilgrim
Dancing to my own rhythm
Drifting on the cadence of the wind
Surrounded by familiar faces…
Though I hesitate to call them friends.

Sometimes I feel like a snowflake..

A distinct divine design often appreciated
The wise whisper
Drowned by the cacophony of pervasive ignorance
Definition of pure
When I'm gone... my essence endures
My name will remain on your lips
If just for a moment
I pray I can be the chill that thrills
Give people something they can feel
Love..

I never wanna be a reason the world is so....

Cold

Its lovely but I feel the missing pieces. it seems to have a beginning flow then a ending. But, I love what you have so far.
