shadow

its a poem.

the shadow spoke to me 

he handed me my sole

it felt light he told me to look down

then i saw i was holding nothing 

i asked the shadow why? he said 

you cant escape me i am who you once were 

he was the calamity of my mistakes and my failure 

my old self i told him i have changed im a better person now 

then he left without a word and without a sound i was left with nothing 

i called to him but there was only silence i took a look at my self only to see the shadow 

behind me.
