my intelligence

i'm hollow inside

i feel empty

 

Slice

through my common sense

i got no defence

you have wrecked me

you drag out my heart

ripping it apart

at the seams

to think

i thought you

were the man of my dreams

Really powerful write Di! This is a gut wrenching and honest emotional piece. And the 'raw' feeling is the most honest emotion that I think any of us ever feel. When we are emotionally torn, and spiritually naked. Torn down, and trying to heal by any means necessary.
