The Deep Blue Ocean

My first attempt at an ancient form of poetry called Tanka. The Tanka poem is very similar to haiku but Tanka poems have more syllables and it uses simile, metaphor and personification. 5-7-5-7-7

Vast Ocean Water

Blue sky reflecting back up

Foamy crest moving

Sparkly waves bouncing along

Cool breeze swirling all around

Yes I have written about blue in my poems but I have had bad experiences with blue eyes......lol
