These moments and times
my heart reflects true love
sweet whisper soft rhymes
like the wings of a dove

That look in your eyes
into their depths I leap
it's clear for me to read
your feelings so deep

Let me rain down on you
I'll cover you so gently
with this love so true
I'll embrace you tenderly

In your eyes I can see
forever together is sealed
the very best of you and me
is yet to be revealed

Only you make me feel this way
so complete, so brand new
If I had forever and a day
I'd spend every moment with you

Even though it's my competition right now, I must say I love this poem. It flows really nicely and obviously has a good rhyme to it. I enjoy the imagery - especially in the third stanza. It's beautiful.

I like the image of the rain falling down - an image of soft refreshment and renewal... of heavenly blessing... and of the overflow of lovers pleasures... promising 'the very best of you and me'...
