Who's Laughing Now?

Who's Laughing Now?

A Poem by Kate
"

About revenge.

"
You hurt my feelings
And you put me down
Well, now I'll hurt you
This time around.

I'll take away your heart
Like you did with mine
And I'll break it in two
By misleading and lying.

I'll make you believe
That I really love you.
And I'll tell you some things
That are completely untrue.

I'll spill all your secrets
After you confided in me.
It feels like hell to be betrayed.
Now I hope you'll agree.

Next time I see you
You'll be on the ground with one kick.
I bet it makes you feel awful
To get beaten up by a chick.

I'll walk straight to your driveway
And put a big dent in your car.
A long scratch on each side
To deface it shouldn't be hard.

You really think I'll stop there?
Then you haven't a clue.
There are thousands of things
That you don't want me to do.

You can call me immature
But this is how you deserve to be treated.
Revenge is what I'll give you
When you mess with my feelings.

The show is now over
So I'll take a bow
But I'll ask one more question:
Tell me, who's laughing now?

Wow. This was very powerful. I can feel the anger as I read each line. I believe this is the first time I've read something like this and I liked it. Thanks for sharing.
