Night Time Thought

Night Time Thought

A Poem by Alex Fegley (Extro Zifer)
"

Slightly troubled so I just wrote this.

"

It’s said that we do our best thinking in the shower. For me, I find the moon much more thought inducing. Whenever I need to think about something important, or if something has be riding my a*s and keeping me from concentrating I go outside and sit on the patio, just staring at the moon. It’s bright light brings comfort to my troubled soul. I think I’ll be outside again tonight. Because I’m troubled again. But everything will be fixed after some deep meditation.

I wish I was smarter. I wish I could use my common sense the way it should be used. But hey, nobody is perfect. Being human means to have flaws. Trust me, I’m very human. Maybe even too human. I hate it sometimes. I’d rather be born a mosquito than human most days. And when  my feels get /real/ bad, I hope I don’t wake in the morning. Sometime I try to make that happen. But I keep waking up. I keep fighting. Because that’s what humans do.

I'm young and full of emotion. I tend to have sudden mood shifts and so far almost all of what I've written has come from the depressed side of the shift. I really just wanted to get my work out to th.. more..
