Upper sights

Upper sights

A Poem by R.A. Youngblood

Flying from the ground upwards,
Catching the star shadows who are
Still dwelling in the day time skies.
As the ocean is vastly distant,
See the web of waves emanating the beings of light.
Sunset is painting the clouds with warm colors,
Stroking the brush against the cold horizon
While the mountains are resting their rigid outlines below.
Birds are silent when the outer chatterings appear
And they are not always in absentia among
The follicles of the atmospheric air,
Which is lining with the shapes of the quietude
And taking more breaths away
In the resonance of dawn.
