Once

Once

A Poem by Follan

Once there was a girl,
She believed in love,
She thought mother and father will always love her,
She believed ying will always be with yang,
She believed,
I wish she still believed,
So the world will be brighter,
And maybe she'll be off those pills,
I wish she didn't see ying leave yang,
I hope she'll believed again,
So maybe just maybe,
She can once see those bright colors she missed,
Once there was girl,
She saw that behind this love was,
Selfishness and possessiveness,
She saw mommy cry,
I wish she saw colors instead,
So maybe she'll be off those pills,
Once there was and there was not,

Ai, life is funny like that you…once you see the cracks there’s no going back...you start to see them everywhere…in where they aren’t! If we’re not careful with the things you cultivate…we’ll all need blue pills. Sad write, even more so because it’s not a unique one anymore!
