Is that me?

Is that me?

A Poem by ForgottenSea
"

A poem I wrote for a contest. The prompt was "Reflections on a window". Sadly the contest had a 50 word limit, so I wrote another piece for another prompt.

"
Reflections on a window, any window really
Reflections on each window, remind me of me

Every window I look at, tells a brand new story
Even though they are profound, meanings elude me

Each old sight is a nuisance, when the eyes are bloody
Bleeding heart, hence bloody eyes; I can't look, hold me

Reflections on my window; my window, mine only
Reflections on that window, gently consume me

Look out the window to see, no more serenity
Reflecting reality, the truth within me

Reflections of the window, this window exactly
I reflect on a window, which slowly haunts me

I'm just a lonely poet trying to expose my work to all the criticism I can get to improve it. Please judge it harshly so I grow as fast as I can. more..
