One Man's Treasure

 

'One man's trash
is another man's treasure' .
So they say,
and to redefine beauty
'Tis in the beholder's eye.
What may be true beauty for some
may be to others a beautiful lie.

Beauty is different
for each and everyone.
Some make wishes on a magical moon
While others worship the golden sun.

Beauty redefined changes everyday
for once a beauty outside one's self
when young,
has grown to a beauty
within as we all age.

Trash or Treasures lies in a world
with different views.
for each of us are unique and holds
what we think as true.

And oh, what beauty then?
would there be,
were all of us the same?
Beauty then would redifine
as boring for it's name.

If we were all the same what a boring world it would be...
I always say "There is beauty in all things" and all people. You captured that so well.
I have been told that I see beauty in people that no one else would and that is sad....If they looked close enough, they would see it too :)
