Park your conscience...

Park your conscience...

A Poem by Shreya Gautam

To the shrouds of lowness,
Let winters never approach.
To the parks of memorial,
Let resurrection be the cloak.
There is vibe and there is variety,
Let the grounds choose the layer,
Let the mind be the discourse.

I always enjoy when someone uses the idea of death as not an end, but just another part of life, at least, that is how I interpreted "To the parks of memorial, Let resurrection be the cloak." And the final line is my favorite because of the simplicity of how we discuss and debate ideas in our own minds in the quiet solitude. A solid poem.
