Are We Not?

Are We Not?

A Poem by TwiztidJewl
"

Just a reflection of my schools campus and my imagined construction of ancient Greece.

"
Are we not in Greece?
Admiral Greeks, admiring our masterpiece.
Are we not in Rome?
Admiring conquerors, exploring a world unknown.
Are we not but Phoenicians?
Mysterious explorers who experienced the completion.
Are we not but Greeks?
Caught up in our gods
Caught up in our laws
Caught up in our minds
Are we not but Greeks, admiring the humanity, just before the ends of times?
