Sleep

Sleep

A Poem by Adam Latham

Rest now that sweet delightful head

Upon the bosom of your bed,

Shut tight those eyes and drift away

On dreams on unreality.

And let the sandman take your hand,

A guide through this your slumberland

Where all you have ever wished for rides

The wave crests of ethereal tides.
