Insidious

Insidious

A Poem by Mark
"

a little Autumn darkness

"
Screaming so softly
in the night.
Moon hiding craftily,
from our sight.
Our will to pay
demons obeyed
wrong is the new right.

A amazing use of words. Create a dark vision with good description. Thank you for the excellent poem.

Wow it's amazing how you told an entire story in such a powerful way in just a few short lines. The last line really hits you. Great job!

Wow, I really like this short poem especially the words "wrong is the new right". Quite the dark ending. Great work!!

Hmm, a very interesting poem! I find the single short stanza form often brings out great ideas, and this is no different! I am left at the end having enjoyed the poem, though always slightly hungry for more, which in my opinion is exactly how you want to leave your readers!

Well done Mark, a good poem.
