DO NOT DUPLICATE

A Poem by Phoenix
"
If Mt.Olympus were a skyscraper, and all the gods sat in office cubicles monitoring the mortals, this is what my computer program would be flashing...
"

DO NOT DUPLICATE

she was way too late

DO NOT DUPLICATE

she wasn't really worth the wait

DO NOT DUPLICATE

she can't even catch the bait

DO NOT DUPLICATE

she'll never change state

DO NOT DUPLICATE

 she's not anyone's fate

DO NOT DUPLICATE

 she's someone you should hate

DO NOT DUPLICATE

you needed a key to open the gate

DO NOT DUPLICATE

but there's only one, there is no mate -

SYSTEM FAILURE

she failed...

WARNING: OBJECT NOT FOUND

...and it was lost.

Author's Note

So yeah......I wrote this when I was extremely tired, almost to the point of delerium.... Its meant to be like a computer screen flashing a message over and over.
This describes a big personal failure in my life... and it pretty much is saying that, if I were made from a computer program, there would be warnings not to use the program anymore, dont duplicate it in any way because the system has fatal flaws...

And I kept clicking the RESART button, but there was no response. So I am currently on STANDBY.
