I think therefore I think

I think therefore I think

A Poem by Vesica Piscis

Universally loathed
In my mind
Universally unaccepted
In my mind
Universally inferior
In my mind
Always in my mind and yet
Never universally minded
Always in my mind and yet
Never mindful
Only mindlessly
In my mind
The prison that robs me of life
The prison that restrains the truth
The prison that I choose to enslave myself
The prison that I prefer
In my mind

Always in my mind and yet
Never taking notice
Always in my mind and yet
Never knowing potential
Only trusting logic and reason
In my mind

Eliminate the mind then I am
Universally loved
Then I am
Universally accepted
Then I am
Universally successful
I embrace life
I embrace truth
I embrace freedom
I embrace all that I truly prefer
I take notice
I know potential
I forget logic and reason
And I become the universe

Extremely well laid out. Beautiful progression.

It likely strikes a different note with me than others. Despite its flaws, I love my mind.

I truly enjoyed this poem.
"I embrace life
I embrace truth
I embrace freedom
I embrace all that I truly prefer
I take notice
I know potential
I forget logic and reason
And I become the universe "
The above lines. Would be perfect lines to set-up meditation. Hopeful and good words. Thank you for sharing the amazing poetry.
