Apology

apologies are powerful.

Apology,

Should I apologies?
Or should I say I love you?
Should I forgive myself for
Hurting you?,
Do I really deserve you?
No I don't but,
All I have is you,
My soul is not complete without you,
My heart left me,
it is still with you,
My love is all for you,
I live for you,
My light that's you,
Should I forget you,
Well you know that's it is impossible,
I tried but now I love you more,


I know I might be selfish for forgiving myself after what I did back then,
Well forgive me,
I can't live without the prettiest girl on earth,
Forgive I was too dumb,
I didn't see that I was losing my heart when I let you go,
Forgive for all the pain I caused,
Forgive even though I don't deserve your love,
Forgive so my life is complete,
Forgive so I can live,

Sometimes we do things we are not proud of and we have to apologize and forgive ourselves.

Ah, this is the kind of poetry that tears my heart in two. Lovers lost in respite can be bitter, and yet, can be sweet.

As people, we are the sum of our actions. And all people make mistakes... Forgiveness is important to have, but most important if it comes from yourself.

Thanks for reading.Yes love can be sweet but it also has a bitter taste because we are not perfect and we will make mistakes. Apologies are always needed but first one must forgive him/herself to truly be able to apologize.
