I saw the moon,
I saw a tear,
I saw a flower that didn't bloom,
I saw you,

I saw your sorrow,
A cloud of despair
darker than the night,
Snuggling and stealing the light,

I saw your eyes,
Two stars without a reason for life,

I saw your smile,
You're smile also faded,
My guilt raid,
My despair never strayed,
The ambiguity of it all weighed,

The overwhelming despair trapped my soul,
I wasn't whole,
The dark and cold hands of death began to hold me,
I couldn't find thee,

By Darkness I was consume,
The night was my costume,
Love left,
All around me was dead.
