Season of Renewal

a light little poem over spring and the change of seasons

Gazing across the field,

Winter’s cool kiss

Is replaced by

Spring’s gentle caress.

 

The brown grass fades

To the bright new green

That smells of rain

And a new hope and new dreams.

 

The sky is softer

And brighter-

The season of renewal

Has come.
