Why do the could's cry?

Why do the clouds cry?
To show they too have passion?
Do they cry for those who can't?
Or do their tears have reason?
Reason to help, to nourish?
Maybe...But are those the only Reasons?
Do the clouds cry?
Or do God's tears come down?
Is he crying for those lost,
sad, and lonely children he has?
Or is he crying out of joy?
Joy for those children who succeed,
For those who have fallen and gotten back up...
