Southbank Centre

A Poem by Twilight
"
A homage to one of my favourite venues, in the city of London (England).
"

The Hungerford Bridge,

The Poetry Library,

The Hayward ahead,

my worries behind me,

A pleasant clam is all around,

no tension, crime or distracting sounds,

our River Thames,

in culture I'm proud,

Skateboarding and ice-cream vans,

friends talk,

and lovers hold hands,

South Bank is a place to be,

a place where I feel free!
