Love is blind

I wrote this for a song contest with the prompt writing about liking a guy who you only knew through the internet.

No one sees me and no one hears me

Until once upon a time

A prince charming catches my eye

Holding on to my heart

We’ve got this tie

We’re connected by this thing

It’s Unbelievable

It’s unsustainable

Even I know relationships aren’t meant to last

And I don’t know

What it’s like to feel you

I don’t know how to hold you

All I can do is miss you

It’s not fair cause I’ll I’ve ever known is you

And I’ve never even been with you

Lost in loneliness dying in the empty silence

I can hear you voice ringing in my ear

Bringing me the sanity that I want so badly to last

And it’s true you’re all that I want

It’s to perfect to be true

Baby all I want is to be with you

It’s unreliable

Honey it deniable what we’ve got here

And I don’t know

What it’s like to feel you

I don’t know how to hold you

All I can do is miss you

It’s not fair cause all I’ve ever known is you

And I’ve never even been with you

What would my parents say

When they figured all this out

What would they think if they knew

I’d runaway to be with a boy

A boy I thought I knew

And now I know what it feels like

I don’t want to hold you

All I can do is wish you out of my life

It’s not fair cause I never even knew you

I’ve never want to be with you

And now I can’t take back all those mistakes I’ve made

I can’t take back all those stupid risks I had to take

I won’t know how things would’ve changed

I’ll I know now is they couldn’t stay the same

So I wrote this for a contest and it's pretty much so about a girl losing everything because she trusted a guy who she only knew over the internet. Fill in the blanks hope you like it <3
