Crisp apple shooters cling to my shiney shoes

Their seeds infiltrate my body, up into my knees

The tang of their flavor permeates inside my gut

Now the cat is curious, I walk in a peacock strut 

Crisp cherry blossoms sooth my aching head

As they float inside me above the suburban sky

The color of their petals tint my every move

Now my lover is curious, time to walk in the groove 

Crisp silver thoughts crash inside my soul

As the slivers swell and numb the fear from within

The sharpness of their notions, grab my torso tight

Now my life is curious, I will run with pure delight
