let our mind be positive and bin the negative

They say it's mind over matter .
if you dont mind it dont matter.
the mind is complex and so wasted in us.
intelligent beings ! that argue and fuss.
use your brain always to the best ability that you can .
don't waste it away , stop thinking you don't care or give a damn.
the mind can control how you feel each day when you wake.
trust me if today is s**t . give your head a good shake.
learn to control all the negative crap.
think positive and give negativity a slap.
the world is huge a magnificent gift.
if your mind is in shut down . just give your head gears a shift .
wake up and realise just how precious life should be.
toss away any badness . life it is beautiful , can't you see ?
I lived with depression and hauntings for many a dark year .
life slipped by me and I didn't even care.
the darkness has gone . my mind sees the light.
the past is history. my future is bright .
