Something's Wrapped Up

Something's Wrapped Up

A Story by Leviathus Fortes

Something's wrapped up in the blanket
Of what, I cannot tell
Something's wrapped up in the blanket
It has a familiar smell

Something's wrapped up in the blanket
To which I cannot see
Something's wrapped up in the blanket
Whatever could it be

Something's wrapped up in the blanket
Does it have a scary face
Something's wrapped up in the blanket
Should I remove it from its place

Something's wrapped up in the blanket
I'm excited, but I'm scared
Something's wrapped up in the blanket
I better be prepared

Something's wrapped up in the blanket
And its grinning ear to ear
Something's wrapped up in the blanket
It seems that it's always been here

Something's wrapped up in the blanket
And it's kissing on my cheek
Something's wrapped up in the blanket
It's mommy playing hide and seek
