The Good Girl

The Good Girl

A Poem by Laytee Lannette

Do as i say, when i say whenever i do or i cannot love thee
Scold you mold me into the perfect structure you seek
I am restless keeping up with these split personalities
Of having to pretend to be what you need of me
Love me as much as you take from me, disposed of when nothing's left
