A Sad Poem

This is a sad poem

About a sad girl

Living a sad life

Locked in a sad room

Dreaming of a happy thought

That never comes

When she drifts away

To her "Oh so happy dreamy place"

Her nightmares take over

Into another phase of hate and sadness

Her only release is the razor

Hidden in the back of her shelf

She loves the red, and slowly smiles 

As she gladly cuts herself

She has a rope, pills, and even a gun

She has held everyone 

But never pulled, popped, or hung one

She loves her sad, depressing life

Yet she wants to die

She is too afraid what might come

After she dies

She is so young

So pretty 

But, one more insult might just be enough

To end another life

Everyone secretly loves
