Hominem Simulat Naturae

Hominem Simulat Naturae

A Poem by Lunalove6963

At first glance
when your eyes meet mine
they were like stars
In the summer sky
Reaching in
imprinting on my heart
I can't get your handsome face
Out of my head
That long brown hair brushing
against your alabaster skin
Oh how I long to take your hand
and dance in the moons light
Feeling nothing but the wind
on our skin
and the fire burning in our souls
Those strong broad shoulders
like a large ash tree
In which I could easily fall into
and let them caress me forever
You are such a beautiful balanced creation

Wow very nice, the imagery just flows all the way down, and you can feel the love in the poem, which gives it more weight. Its not complicated,
