Time Spiral

Time Spiral

A Poem by Guardian Of The Lost

As I fall through Space and Time, I see what could’ve been or what will be.

The echoes of the past haunting me as the cold reaches of space send shivers down my spine.

The future is seen in a maelstrom of confusion and anxiety.

Spiraling out of control I try to get a grip on reality, the stench of metal and smoke surround me

Just as I think I’m lost I hear that wheezing sound of wonderment and adventure.

He rescues me, the man with many faces, ever changing through time.

As I wake in my bed I feel like something is missing.

That sensation of loneliness is ever so tiring and I can’t seem to find him.

I wonder, will I ever see the Doctor again?

Very good! I like the echoes of past and confused future. The wheezing sound should have been a clue but I'm slow to know its the Doctor. A nice touch of humour in your poem.
Cheers,
Alan
