A Taste of This

A Taste of This

A Poem by Nicole Renee

I’m throwing in

The towel, I can’t

 Stand this feeling anymore.

Why can’t I let my

 Mouth be un-zipped

While I let my mind

Wander into a fantasy,

Even though I’ve done

 That many times before.

I know I should think about
What I really want to do,

So I’m going to think that now.

I’m leaving this all to you now;

I’m leaving this bittersweet candy

 In the deep corner of my mind..
