Ever since I lost you I don’t know where to go
Ever since you left I don’t know what’s right
They say love is blind, but you helped me see
I fell in love, but now there’s no one to pick me up
They say love vs. money, but what’s money if you can’t spend it on the one you love
The motto is money over everything, but I never put it over you
I put it in front of you, so you could see how much I care
It is what it is and I hope I’m what you missing
I love to play games, but it was no games when I was playing wit you
They told me to stop, but I expected to go far
They said you were wrong for me, but you made me feel right
Without you, life’s a nightmare, so all I do is dream
You were the light to my dark world, now I can’t see

I really love this poem.
Especially the last lines,
