Is it Bliss?

When the wall falls and all is revealled,

Was it worth it?

To be ignorant,

To ignore,

To cause pain,

This is ignorance.

To be the victim ofignorance,

This is truly tragic.

To be alone,

Hated,

IGNORED.

Those that dont notice,

Notice the pain they cause.

This is true ignorance.

So tell me,

Is it true?

Is ignorance bliss?

If ignorance were bliss there would be more smiling faces on the street than one could count! lol Because the world is being overtaken by an army of morons, you understand, and I don't expect you to take my word for it; just look around and it shouldn't take long for you to find evidence of the advancing force. Knowledge is power and understanding brings empathy but ignorance is a fool's downfall. There are three most often spoken causes for accidental happenings of disastrous proportion; they are, "I didn't know..." "I didn't hear..." and "I didn't see..." So my vote is NO; ignorance is NOT bliss. Great write here.

I often ask myself that question.........would I rather know or not. I think deep down everyone would rather the truth, that to find out your life had been a lie........but both cause pain in the end.

So tell me,

Is it true?

Is ignorance bliss?
