Sezier

Sezier

A Poem by Guga

I could see her muscles tighten,

Her eyes rolled back in her head.

She started to shake uncontrollably,

I repeated her name over and over,

Until I realized it wasn’t going to make a difference,

I must wait till it is done.

Seconds that feel like minutes pass,

Finally the pink color returns to her lips,

Her eyes are normal again, she tries to go to sleep,

I know that the next round is still to come.

She started again.

Salvia spilled out of her mouth.

She held my hand as she continued to shake,

Her nails dug into the palm of my hand,

She caused me to bleed.

Tears started rolling off my cheeks.

This was not the normal effect of this,

Sadly I’ve gotten used to it.

Stop crying!

But I can’t the tears keep coming and the girl keeps seizing.

I yell at myself,
