A hopeless world

Rivers run dry everyday.

Children weep everyday.

Lives are lost each day.

The world has no love.

No peace to endure.

No life to share.

The people have lost God.

Every breath we take is cold.

All's like coal, burning with sin.

This is the world today, Hopeless.

Hell is only a step away.

Tomorrow we might not see the sun.

No star will shine.

The back of the moon will be for all to see.

The stars will fall,

The sky will roll like a scroll,

A hopeless world, a hopless place.
