Wisdom Is A Pearl

Was thinking one day about what makes a pearl form and thought of a comparison with hardship and wisdom.

A poor oyster doesn't expect the sand but will make the best of it
Anything it'll think of I'll bet
Turning shaping trying to get rid of it?
Producing something so beautiful and unexpected
Isn't life like that?
