The Blissful Ocean

What lies beneath the waves?

Flowing with endless waves,
The destination of all seas,
What lays here?
That every river quenches for,

The sound of the waves hitting the shore,
The numerous ripples that bore,
The never-ending restless desires,
Of simply moving waves,

Oh! Search down there!
Go into the depths and sear,
And you'll know there lies the unstirred, every happy, blissful ocean!

Author's Note

The human mind is also the same. It is always of desires, disturbances, pains and is unstable but when one searches deep into the mind and soul does he find really happiness and bliss of the pure heart!

A great way to portray the ocean. Your poem seems to be more of a question, "What lays here?", and then a answer, "That every river quenches for,/The sound of the waves hitting the shore,/The numerous ripples that bore,/The never-ending restless desires,/Of simply moving waves,/Oh! Search down there!". This is great because it is something different then the traditional poem that captures the beauty of the ocean. Instead, you are questioning why the ocean is beautiful instead implying that it is.

Ebb and flow the tidal waters just like a pounding heart does blood, the oceans are mothers earth fluids of life. See you have me thinking, I love when a poem does that, it says you did a masterful job :~)
