SCOPE

A feeling

It's all grey the world pouring in,

intrusive and absurd, abusive and hurt

but I shut it out, by shouting out

so loud that you can hear me out

I cant hear what it is im screaming about

Words or sounds that contain my feelings

and what it is I'm feeling

in my brain, remains what's left of me

but I can make no sense of what I see

So I just quietly sit and think.

I have learnt at this point ... thinking is the worst thing for me. I go to sleep. Sounds like you are observing the feeling ... that works too. Best to pursue a policy where you think your thoughts and they not you. If that makes sense ... good to see around these part, Rayed. The write was powerful for me:)
