Sapphire Stars

Sapphire Stars

A Poem by Vita Rose

Sapphire Stars.

Your face drives me to confusion

Bring me up and degrade me with lust….

Late night debates of righteousness

Holding on to trust.

Epic battles of sexual intertwine

Disgust me with your smile

Irritate me with your logic….charm me all the while

Resurrect me with your rudeness

Heal my wounds with passion

Sir please bring me back alive

Love and lust everlastin’

Fairy tales are ended

Hurt we both have been

Hurt of never ending assurance

Hurt through which we sin.

Dark knight dressed in blue and grey

Denim dressed Damsel in distress

Together we travel villainous adventures

Through the day we rest

Kisses I am denied, touch will keep you tamed

Truth is all that remains

Sapphires star come save me

Take away his pains.

Thank you kindly 😄
I am new to poetry. A little apprehensive however excited to receive any type of feedback in which I will be able to grow. Please review even if it is to say I am horrible.
