Our World

It is about the wars that are going on.

Every night I think and think about what goes on in our world.

Children are dying. Mothers are crying.

But the war goes on.

I ask myself:

When?

When will this end?

When will the suffering subside?

The unjust cause die?

When will terror hide and sons and daughters comply

to the new world that they live in

without going out to die?

When can they sleep at night

knowing they might leave?

Leave this world for other nations to succeed.

I only have to look around to find my answer:
