Watch What You Say

Watch What You Say

A Poem by Siddartha Beth Pierce

Quips and snips

flips of the tongue

spewed out in hate

without forethought

a pure disgrace

to treat those that

love you so

with such disdain

I shall not remain

to hear what comes next

from your mouth - a gap

of words unthought

simply forked out

with putrid tongue

you've come undone.
