Happy Mother's Day !

A tribute to all the mothers out there for being there during all our ups and downs.

A blessing I would call it, 

To see that soft glow,

On the edges of her cheeks,

With a sweet smile below !

There's more to her than meets the eye,

As her heart gracefully would travel,

Along oceans of love and care,

With treasures of affection, that would unravel !

It's something that she possesses,

An indeed uniquely built element,

With her qualities that demonstrate,

What it means to be elegant !

Be it surreal or a mindless fantasy,

I wouldn't dare hesitate to prove,

That angels do exist, not just in the heavens,

But on planet Earth too !

An indeed baffling feeling it is,

To feel proud and emotional too,

When I slowly come up and whisper,

"I'm more than just lucky to have a mother like you" !
