Live it!

Just some random poetry...

The words, thel roll right on my tongue

But I can't speak them out...

The thread of thought I've always spun

Has left me in a doubt...

This life is pretty complicated

It's not way it should be...

I try my best to sort it out

Not accuse the Sun of partiality...

Not every day is a sunny one

Not every day is mine...

Not every body wanna be my friend

I tell myself, "It's fine."...

The head aches, the body breaks

It's so easy to give in...

Yet, I fight, alone, all night

To get rid of the guilt within...

The prayers, I stopped saying them

Yet, why His help I seek...

I never cared about what He is

But He never made me meek...

He told me to be strong

Damn! I never heard him right...

He told me to hang in there

You're always in my sight...

 

Many things ahve gone wrong

Many will go too soon...

Many lines will be left unsaid

I'll try not to be a loon...

But yet, a new day comes

Each day a new sunlight...

I guess, the fight will continue forever

So let's just enjoy the light...

And forget the sorrows for a minute

Not that you can change the past...

Take a deep breath and smile

You'll never know when it's your last...

Thank you for sending this to me.
I may be older than you and I may know a lot of things, sometimes I need a poem like this during an off period in my life.
I remember the the first poems you posted here. You have grown a lot since then. I really mean this!
If you are already so wise, you are going to be even more awesome as an adult.
Hmm, I must correct myself: you are an adult to me!
