Dark thoughts whirlpooled his canvas -
Grays, black, triumphant.

My friend thought he could polish his black leather couch with black shoe polish.
My other friend ate glue from the pot as a kid 'because", he said,"it looks so much like toffee"

Living in an illusion to run from reality, is a dark hole sucking all the light you still have. I really love short poems that are simple, direct and full of meaning, and this poem is one of them. Thank you for sharing.
