I love you

I love you

A Poem by Alexandria

when i look in your eyes the world goes away,

im focused on you and the rest of life is gray,

your beauty, your presence, your wondrous love,

you were sent here from heaven from the one God above,

to be in your presence is all that i need,

then my love comes out like an outbursting seed,

the look in your eyes when you tell me you love me,

gives me this funny feeling down deep in my tummy,

i'll love you forever with all of my heart,

and theres no power ever that could tear us apart,

the distance between us kills me each day,

if i had you in my arms the pain would go away,

but your not in my arms and the world isn't right,

so take my hand baby and hold on tight,

cause one day we'll make it, and all will be true,

i promise this forever babe, and remember... i love you

this is a simple and easy poem to read.
but it feels like you put effort into writing it.
those are the best kinds.

I love this poem, it really speaks to me because the last relationship I had was a 9 hour long distance relationship, so the lines;

"the distance between us kills me each day,
if i had you in my arms the pain would go away,
but your not in my arms and the world isn't right,"

really speak to me.
