Don't forget me, I cant hide it

Poem i wrote after almost a year of watching my friend suffer through mental disorders and finally making the decision to tell her relatives therefore breaking her trust and friendship.

Another page of my life turns

Forever I'll remember the mark you left

I've tried forever to stop the burns

I hope, i pray, they'll never return

Scars they've become

Never forget the scars but don't mourn

Memory's are meant to be learned from

Look back and you will see

someone else entirely

It won't be easy

Hopefully you won't hate me

But this was necessary 

To save you my best friend

Forget me you might

I will be here for you in the end
