Battlefields

Battlefields

A Poem by Bradley
"

I wrote this to go with a song, but it didn't make the cut.

"
And tears flowed on the march of years
As eyes gazed toward heaven
Arrows, spears, guns and fears
The mongrel graves of our brethren

And justice nears deaf turned ears
As hands return to blunder
Children steer mothers and seers
The gentle guide for hearts asunder

oh, so many views and nobody stopped to leave a word

it is difficult for the seers to describe what they know will be, it is difficult for the masses to grasp the visions that they cannot see
